So as I just started the blog today, I will jump right in with tonight’s meal. I was planning on making some cheddar broccoli soup in sourdough bread bowls (a la panera!) but I figured it was too hot tonight to make soup. Also, I’m too lazy to go to Wegmans.
So I’ll make due with what I have in the house. I’m going to make my world famous Cajun grilled salmon, and we’ll have a goat cheese, strawberry and mixed greens salad to start. I’ll probably throw together some spicy Cajun veggies, assuming they aren’t rotten already. For dessert we’ll finish up the mini-pies I made last night (the inspiration for this blog!)
